An agreement is in place for Blackpool to sign 26-year-old English defender Jordan Williams from Portsmouth on a loan deal, according to a report from Pete O’Rourke. Williams joined Portsmouth on July 1, 2024, and his contract with the club runs until June 30, 2027. He has previously been capped twice by England at the U18 level.
