Vasco da Gama officially announced the transfer of Joao Victor to CSKA Mosca. Joao Victor requested the transfer after receiving a Russian offer, influenced by economic aspects and tensions with Vasco fans. The initial offer from CSKA was around 4 million euros, later increased to 5 million including bonuses. Vasco will retain 25% on future resale of the player.
