According to journalist German Garcia Grova, CSKA has made an offer to the Argentine club Racing for the transfer of Uruguayan right-back Gaston Martirena. The offer from CSKA was for €2.6 million plus defender Ramiro Di Luciano. Racing is asking for €3.6 million. CSKA has informed Racing that they will maintain their initial offer.

Racing is in advanced negotiations to sell Gastón Martirena, a 26-year-old Uruguayan right-back, to CSKA Moskva. While an agreement is not yet in place, both clubs are inclined to complete the transaction. Martirena joined Racing in July 2023 and has a contract until the end of 2027. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €4.00m. In the 2025/2026 domestic league season, he has made 8 appearances, with no goals or assists.
