Outside of Spain, Famalicão is reportedly keeping an eye on João Silva's situation and showing interest in acquiring him. The 26-year-old Portuguese defender, who is currently with Sport Recife, might be available for a loan move this transfer market. Silva had previously made his mark in Belgium with KV Kortrijk before transferring to Brazil last winter. While Famalicão remains keen, they are facing competition from other clubs in Spain and Portugal, including Real Zaragoza and Almería, which are also considering the possibility of signing the player. Silva's contract with Sport Recife is set to run until December 31, 2027, and his market value is currently estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.50m. Additionally, Belgian side Genk has also recently been linked with the defender.
