Tottenham are interested in Leicester winger Jeremy Monga, but they are competing with several Premier League rivals, including Chelsea, Manchester United, and Newcastle. According to TBRFootball, Manchester City are reportedly leading the effort to sign the 16-year-old. Manchester City were close to signing him last summer before he chose to accept scholarship terms with Leicester. As Monga is not yet 17, he is unable to sign a professional contract, which means Leicester would not be able to prevent him from being signed. Insider Graeme Bailey has described Monga as being a generational talent and stated there is a belief he could be ready to move in January.
