Jairo Riedewald, a Dutch-Surinamese defensive midfielder, was signed by Sheffield United on a short-term deal. The club recently confirmed that his stay at Bramall Lane has been extended. The 29-year-old's initial contract, which was the same as Bamford's, was set to run until the middle of January, but he signed a new deal until the end of the season.
