Chelsea are reportedly determined to sign Jadiel Pereira da Gama, a 15-year-old midfielder from PEC Zwolle, and face significant competition from Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. A report from TEAMtalk states that Enzo Maresca’s side have targeted the Netherlands U17 international. Pereira da Gama recently became the youngest debutant in Eredivisie history. His development is also being closely monitored by several other top-level European teams, and a move to the Premier League is reportedly considered his likely next step. Because of his age, Pereira da Gama cannot transfer to an English top-flight club until January 2028, which is after his 18th birthday on December 15, 2027.
