Hibs are set to loan 20-year-old midfielder Jacob MacIntyre to Arbroath, where he will be joined by his teammate Rudi Molotnikov. David Gray has a high opinion of both players but wants them to gain more first-team experience, believing they will benefit from playing every week in the Championship. This is a return to Gayfield for MacIntyre, who had a successful spell there last season. Arbroath's track record of developing young Premiership talent was a factor in securing the players. Both loan deals are expected to last until January initially.
