The club's rivals, RSC Anderlecht, are also reportedly interested in the 25-year-old French goalkeeper. Meslier is permitted to leave Leeds United, where he is in the final year of his contract, but there is significant competition from other clubs, including Celtic, Olympique Lyon, OGC Nice, Sevilla, Real Betis, Torino, and AZ Alkmaar. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market value to be €14 million.
