Wolves are competing to sign Irish and English left-back Harry McGlinchey from Chelsea. According to Football Insider, the 18-year-old is available to sign this January if a sell-on clause is inserted into any potential deal. There is speculation over his future this winter, with McGlinchey yet to make a single appearance at senior level for Chelsea. McGlinchey has a contract with Chelsea until June 2027, but he could leave Stamford Bridge as early as this month. Wolves are also seeking to strengthen their defensive options before the end of the month. Chelsea are willing to let the player leave in the winter window but are seeking a deal that includes a sell-on clause. The Republic of Ireland U19 international has six caps and has made five appearances in the U18 Premier League this season, providing two assists.
