Norwich City is one of three Championship clubs to have enquired about Manchester United youngster Godwill Kukonki regarding a potential loan move. According to Steven Railston of Manchester Evening News, Birmingham City and Southampton have also contacted Manchester United about the 18-year-old English and DR Congo defender. Kukonki must sign a professional deal with United before any loan can be approved, and it is increasingly expected this will happen in the coming days and weeks. Several Premier League sides are also reportedly monitoring his situation. The defender has been capped three times for the England U19 team and made 32 appearances in the U18 Premier League and 11 in Premier League 2 during the 2025/2026 season.
