Rennes rejected multiple bids from Norwich for Glen Kamara, despite Glen Kamara's preference to join Norwich.

Norwich City was mentioned in connection with a potential transfer for Rennes defensive midfielder Glen Kamara, who helped Leeds to the play-off final in the 2023/24 campaign, but two of their offers for the Finland international were rejected.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Norwich City submitted a late proposal to sign Rennes' 30-year-old Finnish midfielder Glen Kamara. The French club rejected the offer from the Canaries, and it is now expected that Kamara will remain with the Ligue 1 side because there appears to be a low probability of a deal being completed. Kamara, who has 70 caps and 2 goals for Finland, has a contract with the French club until June 2028. His current market value is €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt. In the current Ligue 1 season, he has made 3 appearances.
