Georges Mikautadze Transfer from Olympique Lyonnais to Nottingham Forest
Georges Mikautadze is garnering significant interest for the upcoming summer transfer window, with Nottingham Forest among the latest clubs expressing interest in the Georgian striker. Although Lyon has been relegated recently due to financial difficulties, the club reportedly values him at a minimum of €25 million. Nottingham Forest, alongside other clubs such as AS Roma and Eintracht Frankfurt, is said to be monitoring him closely, although no official bids have been submitted yet. Lyon reportedly intends to appeal the relegation decision. Mikautadze, who has three years left on his contract with Lyon, scored 11 goals in Ligue 1 last season and is regarded as one of the club’s most valuable players. It is noted that Eintracht Frankfurt can provide Champions League football, Roma the Europa League, and Forest the Conference League, enhancing the attractiveness of his potential transfer.
