Liverpool is one of several European clubs interested in Gremio's 17-year-old attacking midfielder, Gabriel Mec. Other interested clubs include Shakhtar, Benfica, and Sporting. Shakhtar's bid reached €16 million, but Gremio communicated that they would only be willing to sell the player for a minimum of €20 million.
