Finn Jeltsch Transfer from VfB Stuttgart to Borussia Mönchengladbach

'Bild' reported midweek that the Foals are interested in Finn Jeltsch from VfB Stuttgart. A loan for a maximum of six months would be feasible for Gladbach and conceivable for Stuttgart.

According to 'Bild', Rouven Schröder has targeted VfB Stuttgart's Finn Jeltsch for Borussia Mönchengladbach. Jeltsch is a 19-year-old German U21 international with 2 caps. The flexible defender joined Stuttgart from 1. FC Nürnberg in January for €9.5 million. Only a loan is considered a possible transfer option, but it remains uncertain whether Jeltsch and his club, the current DFB-Pokal winner, would agree to such a move. Under VfB coach Sebastian Hoeneß, Jeltsch currently alternates between the starting lineup and the bench, having made 4 appearances in the Bundesliga this season, whereas a regular starting position could be available at Gladbach, who are seeking immediate reinforcements at right-back and center-back. His contract with Stuttgart runs until 2030, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €20.00m.
