Chelsea scouts have reportedly begun to show interest in the Brazilian player Felipe Morais. The 17-year-old is an attacking midfielder who can also play on either flank. He has apparently attracted interest from big clubs at the Under-17 World Cup. Graeme Bailey reported, via the Chelsea Chronicle, that Chelsea is among the clubs with the strongest interest. Bailey also reported that Morais has impressed Chelsea and relayed that a scout described the player as majestic and of a similar type to Kaka.
