Wheatley has agreed to a move to Lincoln. Everton had also previously explored a permanent deal for the striker before withdrawing their interest to use their funds elsewhere. Wheatley's contract with Manchester United runs until June 2028 and he has been capped three times for the England U20 team. His current market value is €250k, according to Transfermarkt.
