Ethan Pinnock is a target for West Ham. Pinnock was not in the starting line-up for Brentford’s weekend fixture and was an unused substitute. He is mentioned as potentially available to be included in any negotiations for Malick Diouf.

West Ham United are reportedly seeking to add more experienced Premier League defenders and are searching for players with leadership qualities. It is claimed that Brentford's Jamaican international Ethan Pinnock is a player who fits this description and is on a shortlist of potential targets for West Ham United. Brentford may be open to selling the 33-year-old to receive a transfer fee, as his contract will expire next summer. However, a potential transfer could be complicated by Brentford's current lack of players at the centre-back position, and the club may be unwilling to allow Pinnock to leave unless they can sign a replacement before the transfer deadline. Pinnock joined Brentford in July 2019 and has 28 caps for his country. His current market value is €3.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
