Eric Dier Transfer from FC Bayern München to Monaco
Eric Dier will leave Bayern Munich in June at the end of his contract to join AS Monaco. Bayern Munich's sporting director, Christoph Freund, confirmed Dier's departure. Dier informed the club he would not extend his contract. Bayern Munich might try to keep him for a few more weeks to participate in the Club World Cup.
Eric Dier is leaving Bayern München as a free agent. Although it seemed in recent months that the experienced Englishman would extend his expiring contract, this is not happening. He is close to signing with AS Monaco. Dier joined Bayern from Tottenham in early 2024 after falling out of favor at Tottenham, where he had served for many years. Bayern initially loaned him before acquiring him for free. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 8.00m euros.
