The midfielder is available after Napoli did not exercise a €17 million purchase option to make his loan from Red Bull Leipzig permanent, and the German club also rejected a lower offer. It is reported that Elmas wishes to play in either Serie A or the Premier League and has turned down a proposal from Fenerbahce.
