Fenerbahçe has initiated actions to sign El Bilal Touré. Touré spent the last season on loan at Besiktas from Atalanta, but a permanent move was not completed. El Bilal Touré will formally return to Atalanta on July 1 and is considered by the club to be a player to be sold.
