Fenerbahçe has initiated actions to sign 24-year-old Malian international El Bilal Touré, as the club is prioritizing attacking reinforcements following the election of Aziz Yildirim as the new president. Touré spent the last season on loan at Besiktas from Atalanta, but a permanent move was not completed. The deal included a conditional purchase obligation of €15 million, which would have been activated if the forward scored 15 goals, but he only scored seven.
As a result, El Bilal Touré will formally return to Atalanta on July 1 and is considered by the club to be a player to be sold in the upcoming transfer window. Atalanta signed him from Almería in July 2023 for a fee reported to be €28.0 million, and he has 30 caps and 9 goals for Mali. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €13.00m.
