Spanish journalist Angel Garcia reports that Olympiacos have started early contact with Las Palmas regarding Dinko Horkas. The interest from Olympiacos is described as noteworthy, as the Greek side is able to offer European football and has shown before that they can act quickly in the market.

Media from the Canary Islands report that several European clubs are interested in Dinko Horkaš. The newspaper La Provincia reports that Olympiakos is interested in the player. Las Palmas could receive between 7 and 10 million euros for Horkaš, and other estimates mention negotiations at around 12 million euros. According to Canarias 7, Dinko Horkaš has a release clause of about 30 million euros. Olympiakos has not yet submitted an official offer. Negotiations are expected to intensify after the World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Las Palmas president Miguel Ángel Ramírez stated that several clubs have already made direct contact with the player instead of negotiating with the club.

Celtic are competing with Olympiacos and Sevilla for Las Palmas goalkeeper Dinko Horkas, as the Scottish club is seeking a new primary goalkeeper. It is said that Celtic scouts have watched the 27-year-old Croatian. Horkas has two years remaining on his contract and his club values him at approximately £6 million. The president of Las Palmas, Miguel Angel Ramírez, stated that while the club is aware of interest from other clubs, they have not received any official offers for Horkas. He also suggested that interested parties acted improperly by negotiating with the player before contacting the club, and affirmed their intention to keep the goalkeeper. Horkas joined Las Palmas in July 2024 and has been capped once for Croatia at U21 level. He has also been linked with Dinamo Zagreb. According to Transfermarkt, Horkas has a current market value of €5.00m.
