Batth's current contract at Pride Park expires at the end of June, and based on the current situation, he is due to become a free agent next month.

Danny Batth, the 35-year-old English-Indian Centre-Back whose contract has expired, is in talks for a new deal that would allow him to remain at Derby County for an additional 12 months. He joined the club in July 2025, and his current market value is €150k, according to Transfermarkt.
