According to The Sunderland Echo, Wolves are interested in three-time promotion winner Dan Neil, who is set to leave Sunderland as a free agent.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have shown serious interest in signing Dan Neil, a 24-year-old English central midfielder. Neil will be available on a free transfer when his Sunderland contract expires this summer. He is currently on loan at Ipswich Town. The former England U20 international has three caps for the youth side. According to Transfermarkt, Neil has a current market value of €5.50m.
