A verbal agreement in principle for César Palacios to join Como was reached in late May but did not proceed. Subsequently, proposals were received from Oporto and Osasuna, and new Fulham manager Álvaro Arbeloa has asked his club to explore signing the player. Palacios is currently evaluating his options before making a joint decision with Real Madrid on his future, with his contract running until June 30, 2027.
