Preston North End's loan acquisition of Chelsea youngster Caleb Wiley is expected to be completed before the upcoming match against Charlton Athletic. According to Vital Football, Preston are expected to acquire the 21-year-old defender on a season-long loan. Wiley spent the previous season on loan at Watford, making 15 appearances, and has also been linked with West Ham United, Derby County, and Millwall.
