Stoke on Trent Live states that Stoke City are triggering a contract extension option in the contract of 26-year-old centre-back Ben Wilmot, which will keep him at the club until 2027. The English and Irish defender joined the club in July 2021. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €5.50m. He has also been capped four times for the England U21 team and has scored one goal.
