Team Talk provides an update on the transfer situation for 20-year-old Ivorian winger Bazoumana Toure. There is interest in him from Germany. Newcastle United considers Toure a central part of their long-term project and holds a strong negotiating position, with five years remaining on his contract and no indication of a release clause. A sale in January would make little sense and is highly unlikely. Toure, who has 12 caps and 3 goals for Ivory Coast, joined Newcastle in July 2026 from Hoffenheim for a fee of approximately €50 million. His current market value is €50.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Several Premier League clubs, including Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, have also been linked with the player.
