Villarreal has become a new club interested in signing Celtic's Belgian central midfielder, Arne Engels. Premier League sides Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, and Fulham are interested, as are Atlético Madrid and AS Roma. Nottingham Forest has submitted a formal offer after a reported £25 million bid from the club was rejected in January.
