Göztepe's Nigerian midfielder, Anthony Dennis, is again being considered by Anderlecht. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht made a bid of approximately 3.3 million euros in June 2025, which was immediately rejected in Turkey because Göztepe believed Dennis was worth much more. Dennis, who is under contract with Göztepe until 2027, has been followed beyond Belgium. His market value is now estimated at around 8 million euros and in Turkey, there has been discussion of a fee approaching the double-digit millions. Anderlecht sees Dennis as an interesting opportunity, but the price is now a significant obstacle.

Anderlecht is one of several clubs interested in Göztepe's 22-year-old Nigerian midfielder, Anthony Dennis.
