Andreas Schjelderup Transfer from Benfica to Parma

According to A Bola, the departure of Andreas Schjelderup from Benfica is imminent, and Parma is almost certain to be the Norwegian winger's destination. Parma, which showed interest early, is formally in negotiations with Benfica for a loan with an option to buy. Benfica made a significant investment of around €14 million in Schjelderup and may demand a loan fee from Parma.

Parma is reportedly in a favorable position to sign Andreas Schjelderup and is now considered the leading candidate ahead of Roma, which had also expressed interest in the Norwegian winger. The Italian club, which is 15th in Serie A, is negotiating with Benfica. Benfica wants the player to get regular game time to help recover the €14 million they invested in him, a sum which covered his transfer from Nordsjaelland and intermediary services. According to Italian journalist and transfer specialist Nicolò Schira, Parma is very optimistic about finalizing the deal and has a contract ready for the 21-year-old until 2030. The proposal is for a loan with an option to buy, although the value for a permanent transfer is not yet known. This season in Liga Portugal, Schjelderup has made 11 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists. The Norwegian international, who has 8 senior caps, is under contract with Benfica until June 2028 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €14.00m. Reports from late 2025 also mention a €100 million release clause.
