Pietro Celeste of TuttoMercatoWeb has claimed that Feyenoord are interested in acquiring Alvaro Rodriguez. It has previously been reported that Real Madrid still retain as much as 50% of his registration or sell-on clause.

Feyenoord are keen on signing Álvaro Rodríguez. They are one of several clubs to have made moves for him, a group that also includes Bologna, Celtic, Bournemouth, and Ajax. TMW does not clarify whether Feyenoord contacted his camp, Elche CF, or both. It is not indicated if Feyenoord are willing to pay the price that Elche owner Christian Bragarnik would seek, which is over €20m. Rodríguez’s contract runs until 2029.

Feyenoord have watched Alvaro Rodriguez closely but have not yet made any serious advances. The club want striking additions but may be reliant on outgoings to maintain squad balance.

Feyenoord is closely monitoring Álvaro Rodríguez, who is currently with Elche. At Feyenoord, he is considered a possible successor to Ayase Ueda and the club has already approached the player's management. Ajax is also closely following the striker, while PSV had previously been interested in the player in early 2026.
