Bologna are interested in signing 21-year-old Álvaro Rodríguez from Elche CF this summer and are evaluating the former Real Madrid player. The Serie A side faces competition from Martin O’Neill’s side, the Cherries, Ajax, and Feyenoord, with earlier claims from Spain stating Bournemouth were willing to offer €20m. Elche owner Christian Bragarnik is seeking more than €20m for the striker, whose contract runs until 2029, as Real Madrid retain 50% of the player's rights.
