Some sources are linking Ali Maamar, a 21-year-old Moroccan-Belgian who alternated between the bench and the starting lineup at Anderlecht last season, to two clubs abroad. The wing-back has reportedly attracted interest from FC Twente and Olympique Lyon, partly due to his performances with Morocco's youth national teams. Both Lyon and Twente have already established contact with Maamar. The transfer fee Anderlecht wants for the player is currently unknown. He joined the club in January 2025 and is under contract until mid-2028. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €2.50m.
