Forward Alfie Lloyd was recalled by Queens Park Rangers from his loan at Leyton Orient, for whom he made 12 appearances in all competitions without scoring. Three days after his recall, the 22-year-old joined League One club Lincoln City on a loan that will last until the end of the season. The transfer to Lincoln happened after their loanee, Justin Obikwu, departed. Obikwu was recalled by Coventry City and then joined QPR. According to the club website, Lincoln head coach Michael Skubala stated that Lloyd fits their desired profile for a forward, and mentioned his aggression, power, and hard work.
