The only remaining detail is to agree on the purchase option for next summer. Bianco, a product of Fiorentina's academy, was loaned to Monza last year where he gained experience in Italian football.

PAOK is reportedly in advanced discussions with Alessandro Bianco from Fiorentina. Bianco is seen as a backup option if the transfer for Puerta does not come through. The 22-year-old Italian midfielder, currently on loan from Fiorentina, has previously played for Reggiana and Monza over the last two years. As Fiorentina does not have plans to include him in the upcoming championship, a loan move to PAOK is considered feasible. Bianco's contract with the Italian club extends until June 2026, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €5.00m. Besides the interest from Greece, Catanzaro is also said to be linked with the midfielder.
