Werder Bremen and FC Augsburg are both monitoring Spartak Moscow's 28-year-old Russian goalkeeper Aleksandr Maksimenko as a potential free transfer option for next summer. Several months ago, early contacts took place with Monza, and the player's priority is a move to Italy. Maksimenko joined his current club in July 2018 and has 6 caps for Russia. His current Transfermarkt market value is €4.00m.
