According to Goal.com, there is uncertainty over the future of 23-year-old Spanish international Alejandro Balde at Barcelona. Balde's agent, Jorge Mendes, is reportedly exploring various projects across Europe to ensure the young left-back can regain a starring role. A loan with a mandatory purchase option is considered the most viable exit strategy. In the Premier League, Tottenham, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Manchester United, and Manchester City are all showing interest. Additionally, Juventus and Roma have held preliminary meetings regarding the defender, as a sale would represent pure profit for Barcelona and provide funds for their own transfer targets. Balde has earned 7 caps for Spain and his contract with Barcelona runs until June 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €40.00M, and recent reports from November 2026 state Barcelona's minimum asking price is €45 million.
