The journalist also reported that the English board is already working on the deal and sees the young Barca player as a perfect fit for their system. Additionally, the publication Sport claimed that Balde has emerged as a target for Liverpool, and that Iraola has approved a €40million (£34.2m, $46.2m) for the 22-year-old Spanish left-back.
