The Ayrshire club is working on bringing Scottish winger Alan Forrest, 29, in on loan from league leaders Hearts. Forrest, who joined Hearts in July 2022, has a contract until May 2026. In the current 2025/2026 Scottish Premiership season, he has made 10 appearances, providing one assist. The former Scotland U21 international has a current market value of €250k, according to Transfermarkt.
