Aston Villa and Manchester United have registered their interest in Teun Koopmeiners. The 28-year-old Netherlands international has reportedly been told by Juventus that he is allowed to leave Turin, as he is no longer in the plans of trainer Luciano Spalletti, who wants to add quality to his midfield.
Juventus, which paid over fifty million euros for the player two summers ago, has set a minimum transfer fee of 30 million euros. A loan arrangement this summer with a mandatory purchase option is also reportedly a negotiable possibility for the midfielder, whose contract runs until mid-2029. The midfielder has 32 caps and 3 goals for the Netherlands and has made 158 appearances in Serie A, scoring 29 goals and providing 13 assists. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €14.00m.
