The Belgium international, along with his club teammate Ousmane Diomande, is reportedly considered a more obtainable target for the Reds compared to other players also being discussed, such as Sven Botman and Willian Pacho, who are seen as highly ambitious prospects. Debast's contract with the Portuguese club is valid until 2029 and his market value is €30.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United and Arsenal, have also been recently linked with the defender.
