Argentinian defender Zaid Romero is expected to leave Club Brugge for Getafe on loan because of limited playing time. It is not certain if a purchase option will be included in the agreement, and his contract with the Belgian club is valid until 2028. Club Brugge acquired him from Estudiantes in July 2024 for a reported fee of approximately €6.0 million.
