Yusuf Akçiçek Transfer from Fenerbahçe to Feyenoord
Feyenoord has expressed significant interest in acquiring 19-year-old Yusuf Akçiçek as a potential replacement for David Hancko, who is poised to join Al Nassr in a deal valued at 40 million euros. The club is believed to have submitted a 15 million euro offer for the Fenerbahçe central defender, indicating their intent to reinvest part of the proceeds from Hancko's transfer. Yusuf Akçiçek appears willing to depart Istanbul, with his management advocating for the move due to his limited playing opportunities at Fenerbahçe under the guidance of José Mourinho, having participated in only nine matches in the last Süper Lig season. Should Fenerbahçe agree to the proposal, Akçiçek would become Feyenoord's most costly incoming transfer, exceeding their previous record signing of Sem Steijn, who was acquired for about 13 million euros from FC Twente.
