Yussif Saidu Transfer from Real Zaragoza to Rapid Vienna
Rapid Vienna have reportedly inquired about the availability of Real Zaragoza's Ghanaian midfielder Yussif Saidu, and Stoke City are also said to have made an inquiry. Leicester City, Burnley, and some German clubs are understood to be on alert. Zaragoza, who were relegated to the third tier, had an initial asking price of €5 million for the 21-year-old at the beginning of the summer. Turkish club Amed SFK made an offer of a $300,000 loan fee with a $3 million purchase option. They were informed it would require a €500,000 loan fee with a €4 million mandatory purchase clause to secure a deal. Negotiations never officially began, and there had been no contact for a week. Saidu joined Zaragoza in January 2026 and his contract is valid until June 2030. In the 2025/2026 LaLiga2 season, he made 31 appearances and scored one goal. Transfermarkt lists his current market value as €1.00m.
