Yannick Carrasco may leave his Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab this winter, as the team is reportedly facing severe financial problems, with FC Nantes being one of the interested parties. However, a move is considered unlikely as Carrasco's reported gross annual salary of €13 million is thought to be unaffordable for the French club. The Belgian international joined Al-Shabab in September 2023 for a reported €15 million, and his contract runs until June 2027.
