Wes Harding Transfer from Millwall to Bolton Wanderers
As the January transfer window nears its end, out-of-favour Millwall defender Wes Harding is attracting interest. According to journalist Pete O’Rourke, several League One and Scottish Premiership clubs are interested in the 29-year-old. Bolton Wanderers are considered a potential destination for the player, who is primarily a centre-back but has also played on the right and has played on the left. This versatility would be useful for the Trotters, who have lost central defender Will Forrester to Leyton Orient and full-back Josh Dacres-Cogley to Stockport County during the current window. Harding, who has been limited to just eight Championship appearances this season and is out of contract in the summer, would add Championship experience and provide cover in the areas where Bolton have lost players. Harding is a Jamaican international with three caps and joined Millwall in July 2023. His current market value is estimated at €900k by Transfermarkt.
