Toyosi Olusanya Transfer from Houston Dynamo to Aberdeen

Toyosi Olusanya hopes to continue his previous momentum after signing for Aberdeen on loan from Houston Dynamo. Aberdeen sporting director Lutz Pfannenstiel said Toyosi's arrival bolsters their attacking options and offers a different threat to what they currently have in the squad. Pfannenstiel added that he is physical and brings an aggression that they need at this moment.

Toyosi Olusanya will spend the rest of the season at Aberdeen on loan after completing the move from Houston Dynamo. Aberdeen announced that Olusanya is their third loan signing of the transfer window. Olusanya is returning to the Scottish Premiership after leaving St Mirren last season for Major League Soccer side Houston Dynamo.

It is reported that Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen are near to completing a loan deal for Houston Dynamo's 28-year-old attacker, Toyosi Olusanya. The clubs are close to an agreement that would result in Olusanya spending the remainder of the season with the Scottish Cup holders. The forward is scheduled to travel to Scotland to complete a medical. The move follows a period where Olusanya had limited playing opportunities at the MLS club, having played for only 52 minutes over six games. His contract with Houston is valid until June 2026, with the club having options to extend it through 2028.
