Dynamo Dresden has signed midfielder Tobias Raschl, who most recently played for Preußen Münster, a team relegated from the second division. He added that with his stamina and versatility, Raschl has established himself over many years in the 2. Bundesliga and can be an immediate reinforcement for them.
